Queen of Tears ranks 1st in its time slot

tvN's 'Queen of Tears' (written by Park Ji-eun, directed by Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won) aired its 10th episode on the 7th.

According to Nielsen Korea, the nationwide average viewership rating recorded 19.0% on this day.

It topped the viewership ratings in its time slot, with the most viewers watching 'Queen of Tears'.

Based on households in the Seoul metropolitan area, it entered the 20% range for the first time since its premiere, with 20.9%.

This is also the drama's highest viewership rating to date. 'Queen of Tears' started with 5.9% (Episode 1) on the 9th of last month.

It showed a steady upward trend, recording 13.0% viewership by the 4th episode.

On this day, Hong Hae-in (played by Kim Ji-won) made a decisive move.

To protect Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun) from Yoon Eun-sung (played by Park Sung-hoon), she directly revealed her terminal illness in front of the press.

There were also several scenes where their feelings for each other were revealed.
